I placed an order online, waited before driving to the restaurant, got an email stating that my order is ready. I arrived at the restaurant and order was not ready. Order extremely late. I waited patiently with my 1 year old in hand after the girl at the front told me a few minutes but never told the kitchen I was there. So my food took an extra 25 minutes to be ready and then I got a very poor apology from another worker, not the one that messed up. That's disgusting for a customer to deal with. I do not need to spend my money in an establishment as this. She didn't even realize I was sitting there, not until I went back she said, "oh I didn't give them the paper. " Then when you address the insubordination they look at you a if you shouldn't complain.

ngl ds was NOT hitting fries mad hard glad yall got rid of the lil smell in there but like i also paid for sauce on the side ain’t get nooooooooo sauce on the side 😒 ridiculous! plus there was a weird guy w a staring problem in the lobby let’s get that checked out.

This is my second time ordering from Wings Bomb, and I only have great compliments to say. The food is great, made exactly as I requested, and delivery arrived earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Wings Bomb to anyone looking for great wings. Definitely, will order again.

My wife and were going to order take-out from our favorite local wing-place, JAMMBAR Wings. Unfortunately, they permanently shut down so we decided to try this place. Sadly, we were not impressed. I picked up the food as it was coming out of the kitchen and brought it straight home, which is 8-10 minutes from the restaurant. I will list out what we had below and my ratings of each. Lemon pepper and Honey Garlic wings: “Well-done” wings were soggy, dry, and not crispy or even slightly warm. Honey garlic had good flavor and a few of the flats were decent, but the lemon pepper was honestly awful. Fried Shumai/Gyoza: Both soggy and barely fried or crispy. Cheese-sticks: Generic, frozen, not even warm or melted cheese inside. Spring rolls: Also not even crispy or mildy warm. Filling was like mush. Wonton soup: Warm, fresh, actually comforting soup. Wife was not fan of wonton itself but was refreshing broth. Overall, everything after just coming out of the kitchen less than 10 minutes prior to going onto our table was not even warm aside from the soup. Was definitely disappointed. For $43, it’s not the worst you can get for the value. More than likely will not return.

tasted better than expected. The lemon pepper just needed a little more seasoning, but realized was a sauce at bottom of plate. Honey garlic hot was not hot, but they were crispy and delicious paired with welldone fries. I will order again.
